Responsibilities

1. Provide desktop IT support to employees, including system installation, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring office peripherals, and managing user accounts and access permissions.
2. Operate and maintain Windows and Linux physical and virtual servers, including deployment, routine health checks, patch management, data backup, and incident response.
3. Troubleshoot network issues and perform basic configuration of routing and switching devices; requires NP-level networking knowledge.
4. Manage IT assets, maintain operational logs and incident reports, and implement standardized IT operation procedures.
5. Support R&D teams in setting up development environments; familiar with mainstream virtualization technologies, daily maintenance, and troubleshooting.
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure stable IT system operations.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Solid hands-on experience in desktop support and server administration.
3. Knowledge equivalent to NP/CCNP-level networking, with familiarity in VLANs, routing, switching, and basic firewall operations.
4. Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems; understanding of mainstream virtualization technologies.
5. Experience in cluster maintenance is a plus.
6. Strong communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and ability to independently resolve IT issues.
