Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.

• Material Planning: Forecast and plan raw material requirements, ensuring timely procurement and minimal stockouts.

• Capacity Management: Assess machine and manpower capacity to optimize utilization.

• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, reduce excess inventory, and maintain accurate records.

• Coordination: Liaise with production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align schedules.

• Data Analysis: Use ERP/MRP systems to analyze demand forecasts, lead times, and production efficiency.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for better workflow.

Skills & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in production or material planning.

• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
