Role Description The Project Assistant is a full-time remote role that supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across Insight Genesis – IGAi’s key verticals. In this position, you will assist project managers with organizing project activities, maintaining project documentation, tracking timelines, and monitoring task completion. You will help schedule and prepare meetings, take notes, follow up on action items, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The role includes gathering and organizing data from various teams, preparing reports and presentations, and helping identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs. You will collaborate closely with product, data, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with company objectives.

  • Strong project coordination skills, including organizing tasks, tracking timelines, and maintaining clear project documentation.
  • Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, project management software such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting updates, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to gather, structure, and interpret data to support project decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in AI-driven products and familiarity with domains such as finance, HR, education, or health and wellness is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in a project support, coordination, or operations role in a tech or startup environment is advantageous.
