Role Description

We are looking for a suitable candidate for a major client for the position of Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing oil & gas projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.

Key Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered Professional Engineer with BEM/IEM Malaysia. Project Management accreditation would be an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of practical experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in Oil & Gas projects.
• Extensive experience managing large multi-disciplinary and integrated projects, including:

·       Passionate about HSE leadership

·       Front-end and execution phase project delivery

·       Multi-discipline resource management

·       Project management and governance processes

·       Engineering quality management

·       Contract and Sub-contractor management

·       Technical standards and specifications (International Standards, DEP, PTS, etc.)

• Proven experience in managing onshore and offshore construction and upgrading projects.
