Role Description This is a full-time, remote Event Coordinator role responsible for planning, organizing, and executing virtual and in-person events that showcase Insight Genesis’ mission and solutions. The Event Coordinator will manage event logistics from concept to completion, including venue or platform selection, scheduling, vendor coordination, registrations, and attendee communications. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to design engaging event experiences such as webinars, workshops, demos, and conferences. Daily responsibilities include maintaining event timelines and budgets, creating event briefs, coordinating speakers and partners, and ensuring all branding and materials are delivered on time. The Event Coordinator will also track attendance, gather feedback, and analyze event performance to improve future initiatives and support business development goals.

  • Strong event-focused skills, including Event Planning and Event Management, with experience coordinating virtual and/or in-person events from start to finish.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage attendees, support partners, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Sales-oriented mindset, with experience using events to generate leads, nurture relationships, and support revenue or partnership objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms for virtual events, CRM, and project management; familiarity with AI or tech-driven products is a plus.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving logistical or operational challenges.
  • Previous experience in event coordination, marketing, or community engagement; a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience is beneficial.
