• The Support Engineer will be responsible for providing application support, maintenance, and enhancement for enterprise systems supporting property development, property sales, finance, e-invoice applications and operations. The role ensures that business applications operate efficiently, enabling smooth business transactions, process automation, reporting and data analysis while maintaining system stability and service quality. The engineer will work closely with business users, internal IT teams and vendors to support ongoing operations and project initiatives.

Proven experience in supporting complex systems, preferably within the property management domain. • Candidates with experience supporting IFCA ERP or property management systems will be prioritised. • Proficiency in utilizing Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) tools and processes, such as JIRA and ITSM.• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of prioritising workload to complete multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality IT services. • Ability to manage client relationships post-launch, including handling escalations from the support team.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
