Tanggungjawab

  • Data Entry: Input and update records, logs, and spreadsheets accurately.
  • Filing & Storage: Organize, scan, copy, and maintain physical and digital documents.
  • Office Communication: Handle incoming calls and emails, and distribute messages to the team.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor stationery stock levels and reorder office supplies.
  • Basic Finance: Match Delivery Orders (DO) with invoices and assist with petty cash.

Compulsory:

- Able to work at the Site office project (Kahang, Kluang).

Urgent Hiring.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
