Tanggungjawab

We are currently looking for Admin to support our day-to-day operations.

Working arrangement:

* Monday, Wednesday & Friday – Work from office

* Tuesday & Thursday – Standby WFH for follow-ups or urgent matters

* Monthly salary: RM1,700

The workload is generally manageable as the business is currently focused on maintaining operations rather than expansion.

Job responsibilities include:

* Office maintenance coordination (arrange cleaner, pest control, etc.)

* Prepare Sales Invoice & Delivery Order (DO)

* Arrange courier for sales orders

* Handle Account Payable & billing matters

* Key in bank reconciliation and maintain bank book records

* Keep track of clinic payments

* Any ad hoc tasks as assigned
