Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Admin Coordinator to oversee and manage administrative and coordination functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, managing workflows, and supporting cross-functional teams in logistics and e-commerce fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily administrative and coordination activities
• Supervise and guide junior coordinators or admin staff
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams
• Monitor KPIs and operational performance
• Handle escalations, complaints, and urgent operational issues
• Improve workflow processes and recommend operational improvements
• Prepare reports and summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling high-volume operations
• Knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP systems

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
