• Talent Requirements & Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand their talent and manpower needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies using various channels to attract and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for direct labor roles.
• Job Advertising: Utilize internal and external platforms to post job vacancies, ensuring wide visibility and candidate engagement.
• Screening & Interviewing: Review applications, conduct screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Onboarding Support: Collaborate with hiring managers to streamline the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the hiring process, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate reports for management.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• HR Administration: Prepare HR life cycle letters, ensure proper filing and documentation, maintain HRMS and other administrative duties
• Other adhoc duties as required

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
