Kerja Sepenuh Masa EHS Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di HOWARDS TECHNOLOGY MALAYSIA SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities：

- Formulate, revise and implement on-site HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) management systems, operation guidelines, construction safety SOPs in accordance with Malaysia labor laws, industrial safety codes, international construction standards (OSHA / ISO45001).

- Undertake full-cycle safety management for equipment installation, mechanical commissioning, high-altitude operation, hot work, confined space entry, lifting operation and other high-risk industrial construction activities, conduct pre-work safety risk assessment and daily hazard identification.

- Organize safety induction training, post-specific safety training; issue work permits for all high-risk onsite operations.

- Carry out daily site safety patrol, irregular safety inspection, special safety rectification, hidden danger investigation and closed-loop rectification management; record safety issues, issue violation notices, track rectification progress and submit regular safety reports to project manager.

- Handle onsite safety emergencies, organize emergency drill (fire, injury, chemical leakage, collapse) regularly; lead on-site accident investigation, root cause analysis, prepare accident reports, formulate preventive improvement measures, and complete regulatory filing with local government safety departments.

- Coordinate daily communication and audit work; prepare all HSE documents, safety ledgers, compliance files for project acceptance and external audit.

- Supervise subcontractor HSE performance, assess subcontractor safety qualification, restrain irregular construction behaviors, control overall project safety accident rate, achieve zero major safety accident target.

Qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor degree or above in Occupational Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Construction or related engineering majors.

- Minimum 7 years on-site HSE management experience in industrial construction fields;

- Hold Malaysia safety certificates.

- Fully proficient in risk assessment, high-risk operation permit management, safety emergency disposal, accident investigation, HSE document compilation and external audit coordination work.

- Familiar with whole-process safety management of industrial construction: lifting operation, confined space, hot work, electrical work, heavy equipment operation, hazardous chemical management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
