Job Requirements / Responsibilities

· Supervise and coordinate construction works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements

· Monitor site progress to ensure works are completed on schedule, within quality standards, and in compliance with safety requirements

· Coordinate subcontractors, site workers, and daily site activities

· Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship

· Identify, report, and resolve site technical issues and non-conformances

· Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project team on site-related matters

· Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ M&E Engineering or equivalent

· Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experiences.

· Able to speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English and local dialect.

· Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction details

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

· Willing to be based full-time on site and work extended hours when required
