We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of the finance function and become a key strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team. This is more than just closing the books - you’ll play a critical role in shaping business decisions, driving growth, improving profitability, and building a stronger financial foundation for a technology-driven organisation.
What You’ll Be Driving:
- Transform financial data into insights that influence business strategy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reviews
- Optimise cash flow, treasury, and working capital management
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management
- Support business expansion, investments, and strategic growth initiatives
- Partner with senior leaders, investors, bankers, auditors, and key stakeholders
Who We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of finance & accounting experience, with leadership exposure
- Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA / MIA or equivalent) preferred
- Strong experience across FP&A, reporting, treasury, tax, and commercial finance
- Background in technology, IT infrastructure, data centres, cloud services, or telecommunications will be highly valued
- A confident communicator who can turn complex numbers into clear business actions
