Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in setting up, optimizing, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding processes.

2. Monitor and improve product quality, including handling molding defects and customer complaints.

3. Support new product or process qualification and trial runs.

4. Collaborate with QA on quality-related issues and provide technical feedback.

5. Enhance line performance, yield, and process efficiency.

6. Lead problem-solving efforts and develop effective solutions with line technicians.

7. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards in the implementation of PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.

Qualifications & Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience.

2. Strong knowledge in plastic injection molding processes and troubleshooting.

3. Familiar with production/process engineering, QA standards, and basic manufacturing practices.

4. Proficient in MS Office and quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP.

5. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 standards in the implementation of PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA.
