Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Test Engineer di Kaifa Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities：

• Responsible for ICT/FCT Test equipment and fixtures maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Perform yield monitoring, yield drop investigation and provide solutions.

• Support in ICT & FCT debug WIPs and RMA WIPs clearance.     

• Able communication with product customer meet quality expectation.    

• Fast respond on real time feedback to the production and engineering on all process related rejects.

• Manage periodic hardware and software and publish/communicate with customers on any test related issue.

• To share debug experience knowledge to others, shift technician team member.

• Provide support and direction to manufacturing to ensure correct procedures and instructions are utilized in testing product.

Job Requirements：

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering or working experience as a full Pledged Engineer for 5 years.

• Possess good knowledge on Electronics and troubleshooting skill.

• Ability to digest Manufacturing challenges, working as a team for technical brainstorming for solution.

• Good communication skill, experience working with customer to tackle technical challenges.

• Good knowledge of ICT Test System (Teradyne & Agilent) & FCT tester experience.

• Ability to work with supplier to work on new test system implementation

• Schematic review, PCBA debugging, work on adhoc technical investigation.

• Ability to engage with customer for New Product Transfer

• Responsible and be on top of NPI and MP updates and issues.
