Kerja Sepenuh Masa, FA Technician (CMM Programmer) di Sunningdale Tech Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities :

• Skilled in CMM programming, capable of reading and analyzing measurement data for quality and precision.

• Able to understand and interpret technical 2D mechanical drawings, including GD&T symbols.

• Collaborate with the FA Engineer to design and create measurement or holding jigs.

• Work with the IPQC team on GR&R tests.

• Conduct First Article inspections and process capability studies for new NPI molds.

• Review GR&R, FAI, and Cp-Cpk reports before submitting them to the FA Engineer.

• Prepare work instructions for QA processes.

• Train and guide team members to improve their performance and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with legal, customer, and QEHS management system standards.

• Perform Failure Analysis inspections in Medical manufacturing with at least 2 years of experience.

• Take on any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

• Willing to work shift 

Qualification & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in CMM programming, preferably in the medical device or manufacturing industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in CMM programming and operation & familiar with Hexagon/Mitutoyo software.

• Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Ability to read and interpret technical 2D mechanical drawings.

• Experience in using various measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills for coordinating with teams and reporting to engineers.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Attention to detail and high precision in quality assurance tasks.
