Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, spray guns, and curing ovens.

Apply powder coatings evenly to achieve required thickness, finish, and coverage.

Monitor coating quality, color consistency, and adhesion according to specifications.

Perform inspections of coated products and make necessary touch-ups or adjustments.

Maintain proper records of coating batches, materials used, and production output.

Conduct daily equipment checks and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.

Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

Minimize wastage of powder and ensure efficient material usage.

Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality, productivity, and safety.

Knowledge of powder coating techniques, curing processes, and quality standards.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical specifications.
