Assistant – Human Resources (HR)

Are you passionate about people, organization, and building a positive workplace culture? We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team in daily HR operations and employee administration.

• Assist in general HR administration, filing, and employee record management.

• Update and maintain employee attendance, leave records, and gate pass information.

• Support monthly payroll processing.

• Screen job applications and coordinate interview arrangements.

• Communicate interview schedules with candidates and Hiring Managers.

• Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

• Support employee briefings and internal communications.

• Prepare and communicate daily HR updates, including leave notifications.

• Coordinate with IT for HR announcements and updates on the electronic notice board.

• Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma, or higher qualification.

• Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.

Experience & Attributes

• Minimum 1 year experience.

• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.

• Well-disciplined, responsible, and organized.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Skills

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
