The Technician is responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting work to ensure all building systems and equipment operate efficiently.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform basic maintenance and repair of equipment and systems.

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.

• Troubleshoot and fix technical issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).

• Ensure all work is done according to safety standards and SOPs.

• Report major issues to Senior Technician or Supervisor.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

• Assist in emergency repairs when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, or related field

• Basic technical and troubleshooting skills

• Willing to learn and follow instructions

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Team player with good attitude and responsibility
