We're looking for a creative lead to own the look, feel, and emotion of everything OVER puts on camera: ambassador shoots, product films, banners, social content, and event visuals. This isn't a technical videographer role. It's a vision role. You're the person who walks onto a shoot already knowing how every frame should feel, who can direct the angle, the mood, and the detail so the final cut lands exactly right. Most importantly, you're trusted to carry that standard onto set when the founder isn't there, translating a shared vision into real direction for the videographer and talent.

What you'll own

Creative direction

• Hold and protect the OVER aesthetic across all video and visual content — clean, premium, emotive, on-brand
• Translate a discussed vision into concrete shot direction: angles, framing, lighting mood, pacing, and the overall vibe of each piece
• Pre-visualize the end result before the shoot, know how a banner will look posted, how a video will feel watched — and plan the shoot around that outcome

On-set leadership

• Lead shoots independently when the founder can't attend, making real-time calls to keep every shot on-vision
• Direct talent and ambassadors to draw out the right emotion and energy, not just "stand here," but pulling the feeling we're after
• Work in close alliance with the videographer to execute the creative intent shot by shot
• Catch the details others miss. The small things that separate "fine" from "aesthetic"

Collaboration & ideation

• Develop creative concepts with the founder, then take ownership and run them through to execution
• Bring your own ideas to the table, proactive, not just reactive to a brief
• Coordinate the moving parts on a shoot day: talent, videographer, set, props, timing

What we're looking for

• A strong, demonstrable eye, a portfolio or reel that shows you understand mood, composition, and aesthetic restraint
• Proven ability to direct on set: talent, crew, and the overall creative outcome
• Able to internalize a brand's visual language and execute it consistently without constant oversight
• Strong communicator, can take a loose vision in conversation and turn it into a clear shot plan others can follow
• Comfortable directing talent to perform and emote naturally on camera
