Job Descriptions:

• Manage and develop product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals
• Participate in product development processes, working closely with cross-functional teams
• Support the launch and post-launch activities of new products, ensuring successful market adoption
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and propose strategies to drive sales growth
• Ensure understanding and compliance with regulations across different countries
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making
• Act as a bridge between development and sales teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by HOD and management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics), Business, or related discipline
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in product management, product support, or technical roles (ELV / BMS / security systems preferred)
• Strong technical understanding with the ability to translate product features into business and market strategies
• Experience in market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and product positioning
• Willingness to learn and expertise in regional standards and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to act as a bridge between engineering (R&D) and sales teams
• Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP / CRM tools is an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
