Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production schedules and targets.

Monitor workflow, allocate manpower, and ensure optimum utilization of resources (machines, materials, manpower).

Supervise and motivate production staff to maintain high performance, discipline, and teamwork.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Collaborate with Maintenance teams to resolve issues affecting production output or quality.

Train and develop staff to improve skills, knowledge, and efficiency.

Prepare and maintain production reports, including output, wastage, downtime, and manpower utilization.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Address and resolve operational problems promptly to minimize production delays.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
