Tanggungjawab

  • Manage customer inquiries and orders through online channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and company websites.
  • Promote company products and services through online marketing and direct communication.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential customers through online platforms, social media, and digital channels.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, payments, and order tracking, do monthly report.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in the system.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Update product listings, pricing, and inventory information on e-commerce platforms.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and after-sales support.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.

Works details:

  • 6 months contract, continue depends on performance.
  • No hostel provided
  • Office location at KIMAR, Batu Caves.
  • Working hours Mon-Fri 8-5, Sat Half Day.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
