Kerja Sepenuh Masa Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programmer, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di SUNYO TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

New part manufacturing realization, startup work from customer drawing/model and specification, establish BOM, develop manufacturing process, routing and required technique document, test run until FAI 100% completion.

Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing and for process improvements.

Implement engineering changes requested by customer or internally.

Analyze manufacturing issues, to provide appropriate solution.

Lead the development of standardize manufacturing procedures and work instruction.

Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and cycles.

Assure that all engineering designs and technical data are complete and accurately documented to provide an accurate technical/historical base for future reference and to meet customer/end user requirements.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, master is preferred.

At least 2 years machining/manufacturing experience. Engineering experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Industrial is preferred.

CATIA/UG CAD/CAM, GD&T, APQP, FMEA experience and knowledge are required.

Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to team projects.

Fluent written and oral English.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
