Tender & Costing Support

• Assist in quantity take-off and measurement from drawings.
• Assist in preparing project costing.
• Source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Contract & Documentation

• Assist in reviewing contract documents and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project commercial documentation.
• Ensure proper filing and record keeping of contracts and correspondence.

Progress Claim & Payment

• Assist in preparing progress claims.
• Follow up on claim submissions and payment status.
• Assist in preparing subcontractor payment certificates.
• Verify supporting documents for payment processing.

Procurement Support

• Request quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare comparison sheets for internal evaluation.
• Assist in preparing Letter of Award (LOA) and subcontract agreements.

Retention & Final Account

• Assist in monitoring retention sums and payment releases.
• Support preparation of final accounts.

Coordination

• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, sales team, and project team.
• Attend meetings when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings and measurements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
