- Maintain master construction timelines, tracking daily progress against scheduled milestones.
- Oversee daily activities across structural, architectural, M&E, and interior fit-out trades.
- Track on-site labor allocations, material deliveries, and equipment utilization rates.
- Identify field challenges early and escalate critical path risks to the Senior PM.
- Manage project documentation including permits, blueprints, RFIs, and site diaries.
- Partner with the contracts team to review progress claims and verify subcontractor scopes.
- Assist in evaluating subcontractor qualifications, experience, and cost-effectiveness.
- Organize and document regular site progress meetings with subcontractors and consultants.
- Compile weekly and monthly status reports covering KPIs, budget updates, and risks.
- Coordinate final project evaluations, inspections, and defects-liability punching.
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to enforce workmanship standards and design specs.
- Implement site safety protocols to maintain a zero-incident working environment.
- Ensure all executed works comply strictly with local industrial building codes.
