Key Responsibilities
Shift & Floor Supervision
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure smooth table turnover, timely service, and coordination between service and kitchen teams.
• Follow and enforce opening and closing procedures.
Team Support & Leadership
• Supervise and guide service team.
• Provide hands-on support during busy service periods.
• Assist with on-the-job training of new team members.
• Ensure team members follow service standards and appearance guidelines.
Guest Service
• Ensure all guests receive attentive, professional, and courteous service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to monitor guest satisfaction.
Operational Support
• Assist with cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
• Help manage inventory levels and inform management of low stock or issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards on the floor.
Reporting & Communication
• Provide shift handover updates to senior management.
• Report any incidents, equipment issues, or guest feedback.
