Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor (Tender, M-E), Gaji tinggi SGD 3,000 di ZHUBANG YONGCHENG PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Roles& Responsibilities:
·    Prepare plans, documents, and bill of quantities for supplier quotations and pricing analysis.

·    Source, compile, and evaluate supplier/vendor quotations based on tender requirements.

·    Responsible for detailed breakdown pricing, including material and labour cost estimation.

·    Handle tenders including scope of work, pricing schedules, and non-material requirements.

•  Monitor budgets, track variations, and handle progress claims and cost reporting.

Requirements:

·                    Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or a related field.

·                    At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience in M&E works.

·                    Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering processes, and local pricing.

·                    Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.

·                    Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
