C++ Engineering Manager (Financial Services) - Singapore - SG Citizen / PR Only

My client is looking for an experienced C++ Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team building mission-critical trading and financial technology platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of C++ engineers.
• Drive architecture, design, and delivery of low-latency, high-performance systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and senior leadership.
• Ensure engineering excellence through best practices, code quality, and agile delivery.
• Support hiring, performance management, and team development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience within the financial services industry (banking, trading, hedge funds, asset management, fintech, etc.).
• Strong hands-on background in modern C++ development.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience with trading systems, market connectivity, risk, pricing, or other front-office platforms is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
