About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Executive to support a short-term research project. This role involves handling enquiries, coordinating operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth execution of programme activities and data collection.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries and support recruitment/onboarding activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for project setup and operations
• Support operations of programme activities and on-site initiatives
• Provide administrative support for data collection, reporting, and evaluation tasks
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on enquiries and cases
