Responsibilities

Intertek (ITS TESTING SERVICES SDN BHD)-based at Bandar Botanik, Klang is a global company that provides testing, inspection, certification, and quality assurance services. It operates in 100+ countries with many laboratories and offices worldwide.


Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Organize and manage documents and records
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Assist with daily operational tasks
  • Handle customer inquiries and basic support
  • Help ensure smooth office and workflow operations


Requirements

Must be a Malaysian citizen

Experience in administration or operations support is preferred

Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) or similar tools

Organized, careful with details, and able to handle multiple tasks

Minimum SPM qualification (Diploma or related field is better)

Previous similar work experience is an advantage
