We're Hiring: Test Manager | Banking Industry

Location: Kuala Lumpur & Bangi (Travel between project sites may be required based on business needs.)

Employment Type: Contract

Experience: Minimum 13 Years

Only candidates currently based locally will be considered.

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing activities for large-scale projects within the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT and business testing teams

Develop Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Approval Reports

Oversee test execution, defect management, and risk mitigation

Coordinate Functional and Non-Functional Testing activities

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Ensure adherence to testing processes and quality standards

Guide teams in using JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr

Requirements

Minimum 13 years of Test Management experience

10–12 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services industry

Experience leading large enterprise testing teams

Strong Functional & Technical Testing experience

Mandatory: ISTQB CTAL-TM Certification

Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence

Experience in both Waterfall and Agile environments
