Internship Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Interior Design Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in interior design projects, allowing students to develop practical skills in design development, space planning, material selection, and project coordination while working alongside experienced designers.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Design Support

• Assist in preparing interior design drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Support the design team in space planning, furniture arrangement, and concept development.
• Assist in creating mood boards, material boards, and design proposals.
• Revise drawings and renderings based on feedback from the design team.
• Conduct site measurements and assist during site visits when required.

Project Support

• Assist in sourcing materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
• Support project coordination with suppliers, contractors, and vendors.
• Help maintain project documentation, design files, and material samples.
• Assist in monitoring project progress and updating project records.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, or related tools.
• Creative mindset with a passion for interior design.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
