Job Responsibilities
- To assist in daily general office operation matters, including sending or collecting documents from various parties.
- To assist in purchasing essential items for office consumption when its necessary.
- To ensure all items are delivered accurately and on time to customers or recipients.
- To assist in daily banking-related matters such as cheque deposits.
- To maintain proper records of deliveries and collections, including obtaining acknowledgments.
- To safeguard all company documents, parcels, and information with confidentiality.
- To plan delivery routes efficiently, manage time effectively, and report any delays to the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- A minimum SPM academy requirement.
- At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Possess a valid driving license (B2 & D) and clean working track record.
- Must be able to work overtime as and when required.
- Familiar with roads and directions, and application such as Waze & Google Map.
- Have a positive attitude towards work and self-disciplined.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
