Job Responsibilities

  • To assist in daily general office operation matters, including sending or collecting documents from various parties.
  • To assist in purchasing essential items for office consumption when its necessary.
  • To ensure all items are delivered accurately and on time to customers or recipients.
  • To assist in daily banking-related matters such as cheque deposits.
  • To maintain proper records of deliveries and collections, including obtaining acknowledgments.
  • To safeguard all company documents, parcels, and information with confidentiality.
  • To plan delivery routes efficiently, manage time effectively, and report any delays to the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum SPM academy requirement.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar position.
  • Possess a valid driving license (B2 & D) and clean working track record.
  • Must be able to work overtime as and when required.
  • Familiar with roads and directions, and application such as Waze & Google Map.
  • Have a positive attitude towards work and self-disciplined.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
