Job Title: Mechanical & Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on M&E Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of mechanical and electrical works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily M&E site works and ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Resolve site issues and report to Project Manager
• Ensure proper documentation and site records are maintained
• Assist in preparation and submission of progress claims

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of site supervision experience (M&E works)
• Good knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site in Sabah
