We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, efficient resource management, and a positive working environment while driving operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.
  • Maintain smooth and efficient workflow throughout all operational activities.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct training and performance monitoring to ensure high service standards.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.

Customer Service

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Address customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Ensure all guests receive friendly and attentive service.

Financial Management

  • Monitor and manage budgets, operational expenses, and inventory costs.
  • Support revenue growth by achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Prepare and analyze operational reports when required.

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and operational standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting software will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and lead by example.
