IAM Support Engineer / IAM Administrator

Location: Malaysia
Experience: 3+ Years

We are looking for an IAM Support Engineer / IAM Administrator to support Identity and Access Management operations across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in user access management, IAM tools, and identity lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IAM platforms.
• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modification requests.
• Perform access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests.
• Monitor IAM systems and escalate issues when required.
• Support user onboarding, role management, and password-related activities.
• Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security teams.
• Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IAM Support or IAM Administration.
• Experience with IAM tools such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Azure AD, or similar.
• Knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Access Management, and RBAC concepts.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and SSO concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a support and operations environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large Enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.

Pay: RM2,244.66 - RM12,000.00 per month
