Tanggungjawab

Job Description:

  • Conduct basic screening and observations to identify students’ learning needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEP).
  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials based on students’ abilities.
  • Conduct one-to-one and small group teaching sessions.
  • Implement behaviour management strategies.
  • Track and document students’ progress regularly.
  • Prepare progress reports for parents.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development.
  • Collaborate with therapists, teachers, and management team.
  • Maintain classroom organization and ensure student safety.
  • Participate in staff meetings, case discussions, and training programs.
  • To carry out any other tasks entrusted by Management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Special Needs Education, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
  • Fresh grad are welcome to apply.
  • Must have a compassionate and positive attitude ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding classroom roles and responsibilities and own position with these roles and be able to enthuse and inspire children
