Internship for Computer Science/IT or Electronic Engineering (Telecommunication)

· Candidate must possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Electronic Engineering (Telecommunication).

· Candidate must be willing to work in Solaris Dutamas (Publika). Public transportation is available.

Responsibilities:

1) Will be involved in a project delivering Call Centre solutions.

2) Support our Project team in delivering & completing project tasks within the proposed timeline.

3) To learn & provide support for the IP-PBX system.

4) To learn & provide support for the Quality Monitoring System.

5) To learn & assist in the development of the Screen Recording solution.

6) To learn & assist in the development of the IP-PBX solution.

Required Skills & Attitude:

1) Programming knowledge, especially in Python, Java, WebSockets, PHP.

2) Exposed to software development using the Laravel framework is an added advantage.

3) Good knowledge of Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4) Willing to accept new challenges for self-development.

5) Hardworking and Good working attitude.

6) Good time management and mostly punctual.

7) Good interpersonal skills & can work in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
