Kerja Sepenuh Masa BIM Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 15,000 di RYBE Engineering (M) Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating, and managing BIM implementation for data centre construction projects.
• Lead and coordinate BIM activities for MEP, Electrical, and Architectural disciplines.
• Review, manage, and monitor 3D BIM models to ensure accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project standards.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolution with consultants, engineers, and site teams.
• Manage BIM deliverables including drawings, models, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate BIM meetings, technical reviews, and model coordination sessions.
• Ensure BIM execution complies with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and data centre requirements.
• Support site teams with BIM-based construction planning, sequencing, and coordination.
• Manage BIM documentation, version control, and data exchange between stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and guidance to BIM modellers and project teams.
• Preparing progress reports, BIM coordination reports, and technical submissions.

Requirement:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a BIM Manager or in a similar role in the electrical engineering environment.
• Proficient in using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or equivalent.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD software with be added advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction of electrical system methods, materials, and building systems.
• Excellent 3D modelling, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM implementation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
