Full Time Project Manager (Electrical Engineering) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 16,000 in RYBE Engineering (M) Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage Electrical Engineering project in the construction environment from inception to completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Ensure acquire materials and equipment necessary for project completion.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustment when necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that costs are kept within budget.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise before or after the project commencement.
• Provide updates and reports to company management on project status regularly.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the electrical and mechanical engineering fields.
• Strong technical skills in electrical systems design and analysis.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
