Job Title: Account Executive (Contract – High Chance to Permanent)

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our finance and accounting functions. This is a contract position with strong potential to be converted to permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, filing, and record keeping
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and official receipts
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly closing
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist in audit preparation
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policy
• Support finance team in any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
