About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our daily administrative and operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing administrative support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and reports.
• Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of company records.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and business correspondence.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and relevant authorities when required.
• Monitor office supplies and support procurement activities.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.
• Support internal coordination to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written & Spoken).
