Associate Facilitator (Volunteer) | Halogen (Singapore)

About the Role

The Halogen Facilitator Programme provides a platform for individuals to grow personally and professionally while contributing to youth development. As a Facilitator with Halogen, you will play a key role in delivering impactful leadership and entrepreneurship programmes to the youths we serve. You will guide and facilitate students through engaging classroom-based learning experiences designed to develop character, mindsets, and leadership capabilities. You will grow through a structured facilitator journey, from shadowing experienced facilitators to hands-on programme delivery, and eventually leading sessions independently, supported by ongoing guidance and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive entrepreneurship programmes for youths aged 15-16 to discover their strengths and potential
• Create a safe and engaging space for students to grow in their leadership and personal development journey
• Foster growth in character, mindset, and soft skills
• Lead small group discussions and interactive activities
• Work closely with our Academy Operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes.

Requirements

As a Facilitator, you are required to:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to actively engage youths
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to connect effectively with youths
• Be adaptable and capable of facilitating small-group discussions (6–8 youths) within programme settings
• Collaborate closely with the Halogen team to ensure the smooth delivery of programmes across both physical and online classrooms
• Be MOE-IRS certified and adhere to MOE and Halogen’s Code of Conduct for Instructors
