Position: Admin Intern

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Manage and organize documents, records, and filing systems.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other office documents.
  • Handle data entry and maintain databases.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, training programs, and events.
  • Support communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
