Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of IT projects from initiation to implementation
- Lead collaboration among business users, vendors, and technical teams to drive project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives
- Assist in gathering business requirements and preparing project documentation
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues, and escalate when necessary
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in leading or managing IT software application projects
- Experience in Java and AWS cloud
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall project methodologies
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
