Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Maintenance Technician di Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Purpose

• To support the daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
• To assist Supervisors as and when required.
• To carry out general repairs and maintenance works that do not require a specialized technician.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in clubhouse operations, especially in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Perform routine inspections based on daily maintenance checklists.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Perform general repair works including drywall, painting, doors, windows, and other building fixtures.
• Handle basic plumbing repairs (e.g. leaks, faulty fittings) to prevent damage and ensure proper functionality.
• Carry out minor structural repairs and general upkeep around the building.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with the upkeep of maintenance areas and facilities.
• Support ad-hoc maintenance tasks as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Maintenance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in general maintenance or handyman work.
• Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and general repair works.
• Ability in welding and basic fabrication work is an added advantage.
• Hands-on, practical, and able to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on event requirements.
