Job Description

We are looking for a Technicial Assistant to support our technicians in servicing, refurbishing, and maintaining Konica Minolta products. This role involves hands-on technical support, documentation control, spare parts handling, and daily operational activities to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians in servicing, repairing, and refurbishing Konica Minolta machines.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports and related documentation on time.
• Handle spare parts requisition, usage tracking, and timely return of unused or replaced parts.
• Support daily operational activities, including machine loading and unloading.
• Perform machine cleaning, refurbishment, QC checks, sample prints, tagging, and proper arrangement.
• Maintain records for daily activities, spare parts, consumables, and cannibalized parts.
• Attend required service training, refresher courses, and stay updated on technical bulletins.
• Comply with company policies, confidentiality requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Open to School Leavers and SPM holders
• Diploma / Certificate in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, IT, or related technical field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• Hands-on, detail‑oriented, and able to perform physical work when required.
• Able to follow instructions, processes, and documentation requirements accurately.
• Good team player with a positive learning attitude.
• Willing to attend technical training and refresher courses as required.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate, Student job
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
