General Description of Duties and Responsibilities

1. Provide project delivery support for Digital Power products, including Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Solar PV and Data Center solutions, covering installation supervision, system commissioning and acceptance testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications and delivery requirements.

2. Deliver technical support during project delivery and operation, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and root cause analysis for on-site technical issues.

3. Act as the Subject Matter Expert for electrical and utility-related matters and maintain communication with customers, EPC partners and internal teams; coordinating technical solutions and proactively managing technical risks.

4. Plan and conduct technical training sessions for customers, EPC partners and internal teams to ensure proper understanding and effective use of products and solutions.

5. Develop in-depth knowledge of Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Solar PV and Data Center solutions to effectively support and advise project teams.

6. Travel globally to provide on-site support across different regions and time zones to ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.

7. Participate in customer and regulatory inspections from an engineering perspective and assist management in addressing observations in a compliant manner.

Candidate Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power System, Renewable Energy, Mechanical engineering, New Energy Science and other relevant courses.

2. Working experience in Data Center or Solar Energy such as power distribution cabinets, UPSs, air conditioners, rectifier cabinets, blade power supplies, module power supplies, solar inverters and others are preferred.

3. Good communication skills with the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

4. Ability to travel globally.

Pay: RM5,513.36 - RM11,000.00 per month
