Job Description

Driver Onboarding & Acquisition

  • Manage and process new driver onboarding cases from registration until activation

  • Review, verify and maintain onboarding documentation and records

  • Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes

  • Follow up on pending applications and unresolved onboarding cases

  • Monitor onboarding pipeline, conversion rates and activation performance

  • Support recruitment campaigns, roadshows and driver acquisition initiatives

  • Identify onboarding bottlenecks and recommend process improvements

  • Prepare onboarding and acquisition performance reports for management

Driver Communications & Engagement

  • Manage communications across official driver channels and platforms

  • Prepare and distribute operational announcements, reminders and campaign updates

  • Coordinate driver engagement, retention and awareness campaigns

  • Respond to driver enquiries and escalate operational issues when required

  • Support the planning and execution of townhalls, roadshows, trainings and driver events

  • Track communication effectiveness and engagement performance

  • Prepare presentations, communication materials and management updates

EVP Registration & Management

  • Own and manage the end-to-end EVP process from registration until approval

  • Review, verify and submit EVP applications and supporting documents

  • Track EVP application status and follow up with relevant stakeholders

  • Coordinate with internal departments regarding EVP matters

  • Monitor EVP approvals, renewals and expiry timelines

  • Maintain accurate EVP databases, trackers and documentation records

  • Handle driver enquiries related to EVP registration, renewal and compliance requirements

  • Resolve EVP processing issues and minimise activation delays

  • Prepare EVP status reports and provide regular updates to management

  • Recommend improvements to EVP processes and turnaround time
